Custom Product Approval

For products that require proof approval (such as designs, artwork, or personalized text), we will email you a digital proof before production begins.

Your order will not proceed to production until we receive your written approval. Delays in approval may extend the delivery timeline.
Changes & Cancellations

Because our products are made to your specifications, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.

After this period, production may have started, and changes may not be possible. If changes can be accommodated, additional fees may apply.
Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are in addition to production time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final except in cases of:

Errors in customization that differ from your approved proof or order details
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement at no cost or, if necessary, issue a refund.
