Custom Orders
Purpose
This policy establishes guidelines for accepting, processing, and fulfilling online custom product orders to ensure consistency, quality, and customer satisfaction while protecting the company from disputes and losses.

1. Order Acceptance

All online custom orders must be placed through the company’s official website or approved sales channels.

Orders are considered accepted only after payment has been received in full and a confirmation email has been issued.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization details (spelling, colors, measurements, images, etc.) are correct at the time of submission.

2. Proofs and Approvals

For designs requiring artwork, layout, or personalization proofs, a digital proof will be sent to the customer before production.

No production will begin until written approval is received from the customer.

Proof approvals are final—once approved, no changes can be made without additional costs and potential production delays.

3. Production Timeline

Standard production begins within 1–3 business days after order acceptance and proof approval (if required).

Production times vary based on complexity, order size, and current workload.

Rush orders may be accommodated at an additional fee, subject to approval by management.

4. Changes and Cancellations

Customers may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order.

After 24 hours, changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional fees.

Orders in active production or completed orders cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are in addition to production times and vary based on location and carrier.

The company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional shipping costs.

6. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final for custom products, except in cases of:

Defects in manufacturing

Errors in customization that differ from the approved proof or order details.

Customers must report issues within 7 days of delivery, providing photos and order details for review.

If an error or defect is confirmed, the company will repair, replace, or refund the item at its discretion.

7. Quality and Color Disclaimer

Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and production processes; such variations are not considered defects.

The company strives to match approved proofs as closely as possible but cannot guarantee exact color reproduction.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted images, logos, or designs do not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.

The company reserves the right to refuse any order containing content that is offensive, illegal, or violates intellectual property laws.​​
